Agreement scope
This Client Service Agreement governs the relationship between BizApp360.com (Pty) Ltd and the Client.
Services
Services include access to the BizApp360 SaaS platform and related support services.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials, ensuring lawful use of the platform, and payment of subscription fees.
Support and maintenance
BizApp360.com will provide commercially reasonable support and system maintenance.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their business data. BizApp360 receives a limited licence to host, process, back up, secure, troubleshoot and support the data only as needed to provide the services and comply with law.
Remote support consent
BizApp360 support access to a client environment must be limited, logged, time-bound where practical and tied to legitimate support, security, billing or legal purposes.
Confidentiality
Confidential information exchanged between parties shall remain confidential.
Governing law
This agreement shall be governed by South African law.
