Retention principle
Data is retained for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, billing, legal, tax, audit, security, support, backup, dispute-resolution and legitimate business purposes.
Offboarding
On termination, export, deletion and backup purge processes should follow the agreed plan, applicable law and technical limitations. Immediate deletion from all backups may not be technically possible.
Client responsibility
Clients must download needed records before offboarding and comply with their own employment, tax, accounting and industry retention duties.
