Incident Response Policy

This Incident Response Policy sets the response process for suspected security events, data compromises, outages, abuse and platform incidents.

Draft status

BizApp360 should identify, triage, contain, investigate, remediate, communicate, preserve evidence and review incidents according to severity and legal duties.

Notification

Customer, regulator or data subject notifications must be assessed case by case according to applicable law, contractual duties, incident facts and role allocation.

No unsafe guarantee

BizApp360 will maintain reasonable safeguards, monitoring and response processes, but no platform can guarantee that security incidents will never occur.
