Purpose
This master pack is the source legal register for BizApp360 launch readiness. It consolidates the policies and agreements that should be published, accepted, versioned and audited across public signup, trials, subscriptions, marketplace use, white-label setup, API use, AI features and support access.
Protection approach
The pack strengthens BizApp360 by setting client responsibilities, customer data ownership, acceptable use rules, support boundaries, third-party integration disclaimers, AI-output disclaimers, marketplace limitations, role access rules, billing terms, dispute escalation, incident response and data protection controls.
Important limitation
No legal pack can make a company impossible to sue. The correct goal is to make obligations clear, collect enforceable acceptance records, limit liability where lawful, preserve evidence, and have the final documents reviewed by a qualified attorney before full launch.
