Plan rules
Subscriptions may include user limits, storage limits, module access, support levels, AI credits, marketplace features, white-label options and usage-based add-ons.
Payment handling
Live payment providers, failed-payment processes, tax invoices, VAT treatment where applicable, refunds and chargebacks must be configured and tested before broad production launch.
Suspension
BizApp360 may restrict or suspend service for unpaid invoices, failed debit orders, chargebacks, fraud risk or plan misuse, subject to applicable law and agreed grace periods.
