By using the platform, clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.
SaaS services
The platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service solution. BizApp360.com provides monthly and annual subscription services including trial access where applicable.
Suspension rights
The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts for illegal activity, abuse of services, unauthorized access attempts or non-payment.
Availability and liability
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. BizApp360.com shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or business interruption damages.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of BizApp360.com (Pty) Ltd.
