Agreement to terms
By using the platform, clients agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.
SaaS services
The platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service solution. BizApp360.com provides monthly and annual subscription services including trial access where applicable.
Suspension rights
The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts for illegal activity, abuse of services, unauthorized access attempts or non-payment.
Availability and liability
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. BizApp360.com shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, loss-of-profit, loss-of-data, loss-of-goodwill, or business interruption damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third-party services
Payment providers, accounting systems, fleet tracking systems, email systems, WhatsApp/SMS providers, AI providers, hosting providers and other external integrations remain subject to their own terms, uptime, pricing, data handling and outages.
Marketplace role
Where marketplace or contractor discovery features are used, BizApp360 facilitates discovery and workflow routing only. BizApp360 is not the contractor, employer, insurer, broker, principal contractor, or guarantor of third-party work unless separately agreed in writing.
AI and professional advice
AI outputs, automation recommendations, legal prompts, accounting suggestions, tax reminders and operational insights are decision-support tools. Clients remain responsible for professional review, lawful use and final business decisions.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of BizApp360.com (Pty) Ltd.
