Least privilege
Users must only receive the access needed for their role, department, branch, site, tenant, client portal, marketplace profile or support function.
Sensitive permissions
Billing, payroll, accounting, user management, API keys, legal overrides, exports, security settings and super admin functions must be restricted and logged.
Founder account rule
Founder and super-admin accounts must not be provisioned through public signup wording. Internal access must be controlled and auditable.
