Billing

Subscription services are billed monthly or annually.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel subscriptions with written notice before the next billing cycle.

Trial periods

15-day trial periods may be offered to qualifying clients.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods except where required by law.

Onboarding and consulting

Custom onboarding or consulting services may be billed separately and may be non-refundable.
